Research and Planning

This first step and most important one revolves around understanding your business, your competition, current online presence (if any) and your desired outcome from your new website.
After few in-person meetings and a couple of phone calls, we will have the base for the foundation of your company new online home.

During these meetings, we will get to learn about your company performance in your industry and analysis of your competitors online strategy.
The Discovery Process is us getting to know you and your business, and it provides us with the information we need to design a site focused on achieving your goals.

Gather Content

Now that we have a plan it is time to gather the content for your website, which includes text, images, pictures, videos, and other content.

In most cases client presents the content and resources that will be available to us during the rest of the process. This includes images, fonts, content, videos and so on. If client can’t provide it or don’t have it, our agency will be happy to help our clients with all their needs to make a successful on-line presence.

Design

Now that we have all data collected for the project, here is where website start to take shape. From choosing the right colors, logo, visual elements like buttons, section boxes and so on, is extremely important part of web design because it sends immediate message to the visitors and it forms the basis of the company’s visual identity and influence how the visitors perceive the brand.

The increasing feature in latest web design is adding Rich Media, also refer to animations, dynamic content and many other visuals, the easiest way for a visitor to learn more about the company or its products and services without having to read load of text.

Maintenance

Unfortunately, this last step of web design process is not familiar to everyone, a lot of clients think that getting website live should end the collaboration with their web agency.

What really happens in the maintenance phase is that web agency provide support and troubleshoot any issue that your visitors might experience during their visit.

If you are familiar with the WordPress, you know that requires multiple times plugins and core updates per month to keep it current and functional. Using a different agency to modify your website frequently results in higher costs and longer time, even for very small changes.
